Hi kids...

boy did I miss each and every one of you.

Mark, I am so glad to see you're back to your welcoming duties - you are our "greeter" of choice! smooch and hug.

Also, very sorry to hear of your AM finger problem. I do not have that per se. But sometimes the hand is such a claw, and hurts so bad, I leave it that way. I will pray that this will pass for you and ease up.

To every single one of you, big big kisses and hugs!

Today I ..

too want to thank Mark for being our unofficial greeter!! He has really been diligent about keeping this thread going!!

I am also grateful for the others who are diligent to this forum, who continue, year after year to try and lift others up with words of encouragment, personal experiences, and by sharing their own TOS situations so others can learn and be helped in their own healing process.

This is a wonderful family of people!!!

God Bless All,
G~

T Shadow, what I do as far as greetings is just a way to keep in touch wih everyone over here. Like I had said prior, I consider all here an extended family with one thing in common **TOS** ! Regardless if you are mega rich or popper poor we know that money can not change our status. In fact I think it can teach all to be more humble in in how we treat one another !!!
Go Bless one and all and hope all arw safe !!!

Good to see more of the gang trickling in here.

I still wonder how the ones that haven't found this place yet are doing?

The days are getting shorter and the weather is starting to change for fall already here.
take care all

Hi everyone

Just want to say hi and how wonderful it is to hear from everyone!! Although I didn't post regularly on the old forum because I really have to limit my computer use, I always checked in as often as I could to see how you were all doing. I really missed hearing about everyone this summer!

Mark, ditto on Gromlily and Tam's comments. You're the best!:)

I did not do anything here that anyone else would not have done! We have always been strong together and if we did not have an answer to a question that we did not know there would always be somebody there could help out. I am fortunate to have found this site myself and think it is nice that we all share our weaknesses and also our strngths! Has anybody had any new outcomes with there TOS? I myself have found out that my workmans comp judge has put a deadline on all the stalling their judge has been doing and he must have any and all dpositions in by Sept. 19th, unfortunately, I found out after him getting this info in it may take another month or two to before a decsion is reached. I have been without any for of income for a year, which is an insult to me as I started work at the age of 13 picking apples and always had a job regarless... my first car was purchased by me at the age of 16 as well as paying my own insurance. I never expected at the age of 42 to be in this boat, however I am in the boat with one oar and spinning around in circles!

I was invovled in a work related accident on 4/2 in which my truck rolled backwards and smashed into a SUV behind me, how exactly how it happaned I do not know but it took place. In the matter my back smashed inti the door frame, I mentioned it ti both of my boses but down played it because the company was taken over by a nre company on 4/1.... by the 7th I could not take it and went to see their occupational doctor after taking 2 PT appointmants got worse. I met with on of their neuosurgeons, on the first visit he spaent 10 minutes with me and said it should clear up within 6 weeks. The second time I seen him he wanated to do immediate surgery.
Upon receiving home I typed my symptoms into my computer search engine and each time an it ket coming up with a brahial plexus injusy more over TOS... after several searches I came up with a doctor in my area, Dr A Togut and he told me he cold not be sure what it was over the phone, however he would be be willing to see me an should it not be TOS, he would help me in finding a doctor who could help me and if it was not TOS he would help in finding me who could treat my condition. After a three hour interview with him that day he came up with the diagnosis of Bi-Lateral Diagnosis of TOS.
The New Company sent me to see one of their indepedent doctors, after spending 10 min with her reviewing my condition, I than spent 5 min with the wife would have the permission that my wife would not be permitted in with me and in his orders felt he had something to hide !!!
My basic wish would to be rid of some of this pain and return to some form
of normal life! I am not planning on doing any sort of doing any moto cross.

Until all My Best to all,
Mark-n-Goober

I am sure that there are a lot of people who have been in the same situation. I am not looking for a free ride, I am just wanting to be treated by a Dr. who is tops in the field of TOS. I have not had the money to fly out to colorado, but found a way out to see Dr Sanders and after a 2 1/2 to 3 hour interview he came up with a diagnosis, this after being twisted, turned injected in various places he came up with the the diagnosis of bi-lateral TOS due to a work related accident.
