Billy, thanks for posting this.

I have a questions for you - did you try it? What did you find if you tried it?

Is it different than "guided meditation" where you or the therapist takes you back to a wonderful place, and you start by walking the pathway, opening the door, etc., imagining that you are at that place. While you are busy doing all of this imagining, (or imaging), your heart slows, your pain goes back a little farther, you get control rather than feel panic...

It is similiar to that, but it is taught so you can do it by yourself. I use it to relax, and to vision positive things in my life. Also, it helps with pain control. I find it amazing, and am thankful my doctor taught these courses. It is something that I will always use in my life.
