Default Xmas gift from my therapist

Hi

I've been very busy and I haven't had time to visit NT. I miss you all. Hope all is doing better or as good as can be for you.

I've joined two committees in the KyCRA so I'm looking forward to giving back something to a field that has been so kind to me. Court reporting is a tough job. Self employment has its benefits and disadvantages. All-in-all, it's been good to me.

I'm doing much better physically and less dependent on things, although I've had to wean myself off of things as I can. It's a constant battle. I had told my therapist I was bored with the aqua treadmill since I feel like I've accomplished that after using the LED and infrared lights so she's found something to progress me further. She's always thinking like that.

I just picked up my Xmas gift from my thoughtful PT friend.

The "pineapple" Twist Board with Reflexology Magnets

I couldn't find a site where it's sold. I'll ask her next week where she found this model.

I really like it at my computer station. Fills in a lot of bored spaces and downtime holes. Hope it helps. Could it be a win-win??????

These are some sites I found about it.

It's the pink round disk thingy...

Keep moving...
