Default tos headache & gluten

i have recently done an experiment to cut gluten down and eventually out. now 3 wks into this experiment i find my tos headaches have gone from nearly unbearable to nearly nonexistent. i used to link them to neck pain. i found i can have neck pain without it producing a headache.

On an unrelated food topic:

I find that eating Indian Food reduces swelling in my body. I'm not sure which spices are the ones that have the anti-inflamitory effect (curry? cumin?), but what a yummy solution!
