Mystry Diagx show:
Next Monday is a woman unable to walk, I think it is the one with RSD. I wonder what the diagx is they will come up with.Patient 1 All MRI EMG test neg, of course. Neck, shoulder, pain down into arm. After hitting a baseball he had a heart attack feeling.Symptoms were over 8 years off and on flares. Now at 9 years, he has facial eye twitches, and when sneezes problems. There is a mass in the upper chest. THe mass, is an enlarged lymph nodes. they are cancer free but filled with calcium. Dr.Peter Polina, feels that when body is fighting infection, the lymph nodes can develope this way. They are operating through the chest through the back and spreading ribs to remove the calcified lymph nodes. inflamed mass on the heart, esophagus, and calcified nodes mass, all in the thoracis outlet, it is in the compression area for the nerves and vascular bundle, this surgery is difficult as it looks like concrete stuck to the heart, and compressed site, instead of tongs to pull out it si 6 joours of digging it out. What biopsy showed was Histoplasmosis, bacteria Inhaled into the lungs. Patients can heal normally but one in thousands of other people may have this infection chronic. Immediatly he could again swallow post surgery, pain was gone. Some patients have recurring pneumonia as symptoms, when doctors see pains outside the chest, as in the arms and back neck, the doctors do not relate a chest infection. For 9 years this infection spread and then calcified. Makes me recall one tos patient from our forum, Austrlia, that had a panacoastal tumor. All should be ruled out in TOS and that is why we really need an advocate of TOS in top specilaist that can rule in or out TOS. Not take test and rule out the cervical, but do detective work and really find out what is causing the compression. Di
