Heart A Win For Olecyn!

1 month to the day I received notice of my re-scheduled appeal hearing day in front of a judge, court reporter, vocational coordinator, State of Ca physician, my attorney & me. "FULLY FAVORABLE"! There was no happy dance, no jubilation, just pure sigh of peace & tranquility for myself & Master P. We hugged a soft hug like we were floating on air.

O man, everyone its now 4 months shy of 11 years being disabled with TOS, CRPS and a list of 7 aditional diagnosis. I cannot THANK my friends enough here on NT for their unconditional love & support & expertese. I cannot imagine my life without NT & the connections.

No matter how rough our new lives are now, do not, do not give up everyone. It's so well worth the calm, the peace!

When we spoke about your hearing, I knew that you would win. Our cases are so similar.

Just to see what I had written to help others, I went over to the SSD area, and was shocked to see I had written nothing! (I fear I had written it prior to us moving over here, so it is now lost.)

I would like to ask you if you would be so kind as to go over to the SSD topic, and just write a simple "how you did it" so people understand that you start with an attorney, file, make your claim, it usually gets denied, and then that awful waiting for the hearing. What do you think is the most important advice? One of your posts mentioned gathering records, right?

Just a thought.

And happy for you now that you have one less thing to worry about. The SSD and the Medicare sure does help.

Yep, I'm gonna ride ALL the roller coasters 3 x's, Indian Jones, Space Mountain, The Matterhorn switch backs & whiplashes jarring my neck & BP then go play a round of golf, pick up a bowling ball, go horseback riding, play ping pong, go sailing tacking back & forth then maybe a round of tennis...not. I am so laughing. Great funny for a TOS patient funny forum. OOOOOO we need a funny forum, not to be confused with a funny farm forum. But not funny, thats all the things I used to do POOP.

All my system handles is the drop from Tower of Terror; u know the drop decompresses me. Soarin' over California & Pirates of the Caribbean then off for a glass of wine in wine country.
