I had charts like Jo is talking about on my wall when I was still working and they helped people to be able to see exactly what muscles were being worked on. Also, I mentioned a long time ago on obt that one thing that really helped me when I was in massage school was an anatomy coloring book that we got from the college bookstore. It shows every system in the body and you color each different thing a different color and it gives you a good perspective as to where "things" are in relation to each other. That made it even easier than looking at the charts. I know this isn't exactly what Gromlily is looking for on this thread but thought it might be helpful to some of you.
