I guess time, prayers and keeping busy help a bit.
I am overwhelmed with the support, post, phone calls, friends that dropped by and the prayers, I know we are loved, I have a deep emptiness, but try to prepare for tomorrow.Keep praying, and sending the cyber group hug. I did post De's pictures on the condolance site and thank all so many that have left notes and send love and prayers. You know me, need to keep busy. They offer a service to print the condolance book and pitures so i will always have the strength of my friends at a finger tip away. Take a moment and view the pictures of my Angel, All my love Di http://www.legacy.com/TimesLeader/GB...28144&EntryId= Published in the Times Leader on 1/24/2007. |

Keeping busy is the answer to keeping your mind off of things.
I have my grandson's. I kept them last night and usually have them 2 nights a week and then Susan comes over 3 days a week so it's nice to have them around. I know you have your other kids and that will help you a lot plus your job. I forgot how old your youngest is, that's due to my brainfog, but it's nice to have them nearby to help you. My prayers are with you thru this. I signed the book and looked at the picture of Dee. She was a beautiful girl. Hang in and just let me know if you ever want to talk. You have my number. All my love, Ada |

I am glad, that you let us know that you are ok.
Beeing busy is a good way to have the brain free of these thoughts about "why"...... Nevertheless, take care of you! Don`t overdo, try to have breaks, your other kids, grandkids,....need you!!! All the best for tomorrow! Hugs Barbara |

I am so glad that you posted to let us know how you are doing. I wish you weren't so far away so Hubby and I could come and see you anad help some how if we possibly could!!
I looked at the photo album and saw the pictures of your Sweet daughter. They are beautiful pictures !! What a wonderful way to be able to share her with everyone. It sounds like you are doing all the right things, staying busy, and recognizing that time and especialy prayers will help you get through this. Ada is a good source for you as she truly knows what you are going through, and like Barbara, I agree that you should not over do, get plenty of rest, and love on the other kids to keep your spirits up. I will keep you in my prayers tomorrow. G~ |

Thanks so much for taking the time to post. I know we have all been thinking about you and wondering how you're doing. It was so nice to see the pictures of De. As others have said, she was a beautiful girl. And they really struck a chord with me because I have a daughter about the same age.
I know that there is nothing any of us can say that can take away the pain. But I do hope it helps just the tiniest bit to know that you have so many friends who care about you and who are keeping you in their thoughts. ((Hugs)) |
