Default Hellp - RSD breakout
The change in the desert weather from mild spring to now summer hot has caused my RSD on my arms to come out tonight.

Scared to death.

I am taking Benadryl and Ativan (additional) to try to stop it.

Does anyone else suggest anything??? HELP.

Probably using this site earlier tonight did not help, and it may have added to pop it out or may have even caused the RSD to come, since I haven't been on for a long time. There is no question that the computer causes this.
