Funny, how we stop eating "real food", as I now drink Glucerna with milk added, and Gatorade, as well as freshened water.

The first part of this post is actually a different post on how I handle a bad pain flare, with the RSD also. (The benadryl seems to help the RSD for one dose only, any more and then it seems to cause pain in my legs.)

But for some reason the first part attached itself to my post, and the new "talking" software I am using as well as the "macros" it seems to make itself is causing a lot of problems in producing correct posts. There are so many mixed-up posts that I don't have the pain level available to take the time to fix them, so I just want to apologize to everyone for the mixed up words and posts, and hopefully you're getting basically what I meant, so just very sorry...until I find a reason whole sentences pop up, or, disappear when I hit enter.

God bless all. Keep fighting for pain relief that works for you, doesn't cause bad blood test results, and mainly, helps improve the quality of your life. It is not addictive behavior to want to have just a part of a day without 8 to 10 level pain...or, a few hours of sleep at night...
