When I was still trying to keep working, I was taking way to many IB. {Advil, Motrin, generics}

I think that is the reason my tummy/gut is slightly IBS sometimes.:(

Just because it's over the counter, doesn't mean it is totally safe.

I always took them with something in my stomach, but the daily total amounts were above the normal.
As soon as I realized my pain & symptoms weren't going to go away and they kept getting worse- I went to the dr and filed another wc claim.
Then started PT & stopped the IB.

At a certain point IBs stop helping with the inflammation and begin to interfere with the healing process.
{I found that info long ago, and it stuck in my brain -but I don't think I saved the article or link anywhere.}

My niece had really pesky round ligament pains with her last pregnancy.
she played softball in jr & high school and had a lot of knee & leg injuries then- I think she is hyper mobile.


Did I mention there can also be a hyper mobility connection sometimes with RSI & TOS??
another thing to look into...
