When I was still trying to keep working, I was taking way to many IB. {Advil, Motrin, generics}
I think that is the reason my tummy/gut is slightly IBS sometimes.:( Just because it's over the counter, doesn't mean it is totally safe. I always took them with something in my stomach, but the daily total amounts were above the normal. As soon as I realized my pain & symptoms weren't going to go away and they kept getting worse- I went to the dr and filed another wc claim. Then started PT & stopped the IB. At a certain point IBs stop helping with the inflammation and begin to interfere with the healing process. {I found that info long ago, and it stuck in my brain -but I don't think I saved the article or link anywhere.} |
Thanks for all the help! PT here I come!

My niece had really pesky round ligament pains with her last pregnancy.
she played softball in jr & high school and had a lot of knee & leg injuries then- I think she is hyper mobile. Did I mention there can also be a hyper mobility connection sometimes with RSI & TOS?? another thing to look into... |
