Default great book at Costco......

Hi guys I think you have costco in the USA, I got a great workbook called the trigger point therapy workbook. It is written by Clair Davies NCRMB and with Amber Davies, NCTMB, his daughter.....is taken from THE book of trigger points.....by TRavell and Simons.......the books that the massage therapists use to get info on trigger points.....

if you want more info let me know happy to spread the word...
isbn number -10.....1-57224-375-9
isbn number-13 978-1-57224-375-0

made in 2004....Clair davies (male)
New Harbinger Publications, Inc.
5674 Shattuck Avenue
Oakland, CA 94609

www.newharbinger.com

I only paid $ 14.99 CDN for the book and there is an extensive section on TOS...great self help to teach you how to get rid of (or ease) trigger points ...shows how to get behind muscles and how to deal with pain.....

it also refers to the thera cane and the jack knobber and the backnobber as well as the knobble and the use of balls to get at the points you can't get at yourself......

great publication....constantly referring to it now...

pm me for more info if you need it.....

take care all,
love and hugs....
Victoria
