Default Trip to Mexico

Hi,

I find it heat absolutely positively without a doubt affects my pain. On my recent trip to Mexico the week before Christmas I pretty much had no pain due to the fact that it was warm weather at close to 30° Celsius most days and the ocean was warm water and very therapeutic........ I chalk up my lack of pain to the heat...... although I must say I was drinking a lot of tequila..... but as we all know medication and alcohol do not mix.... I was almost off of most of my meds!!!

When I came back to Ontario's cold temperature wham
all my pain returned!!!! Lesson learned..... move to warm climate ASAP Mexico here I come!!! anyone want to come with me...lol lol lol

So to me Thies weather effects pain

Love and hugs,
Victoria
