Unhappy Hi Friends...

I had my deposition on Thursday and was advised by my new and wonderful Attorney to lay low on the forums for the time being. So I will be viewing and not posting except by p.m.'s for awhile, unless it is something that is OT or so ambigous that it doesn't matter.

She also warned that due to the tone of the depo. and the questions asked, she thought that a detective would be out and about trying to catch me doing things I claim I can't; apparently she is correct as someone was on my cul de sac yesterday asking my neighbors about me.... !?!

Isn't it amazing... you get hurt on the job, apply for your supposed right as an employee, and then you are treated like a criminal!!

Grom ~

Default been there

Grom, it makes us feel so violated, I ahd the detectives on me twice, and De several times, more money on the detectives then they paid her in a year. She was getting $23 a week!

The last one followed me for several stops including into the police station circling me so I could not get out of the car, a loop through the parking lot, I dashed in when he stoped and they finally got after him. Never filed charges but told him to be on his way for harassment.

So law low. Even walking up to my home, (after I told her not to leave hers) they recorded and had something to say. In court she could not sit still, rubing and holding ehr arms. Their attorney said, do you do that all the time "even walking?" Lousy bums never gave her any peace. Thank Heavens she did settle at least the money part.....
Be strong, and keep the drapes closed.
Di

Default Oh Gromlily,

It's one thing that they try and break you down in a depo but then they pry into your personal life and spy on you.. It just goes to show you how low they will stoop to save a buck..
They are peeping toms.. So...
As Di says keep those drapes closed..
Many Hugs
Dawn
