Confused Taping the shoulder for TOS

Is anyone currently doing taping for their TOS and achieving good results?
I asked my PT and he said that if I could find instructions he'd show me how to do the taping. I had it done just once at Dr Newkirk's office and don't have any instructions to go by.

I couldn't find any images or videos of taping specific for tos - maybe another local PT could teach yours how to do it?
Sport/rehab PT places might be best bets.
I think it would be best to have a pro tape you a few times and you could learn how it is done.

Taping made a big difference to me when I was going through a really bad pain flare. Not quite sure how my physio knew what to do as it was a bit of trial and error. Have seen some pictures in a book since - think it was on manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) using kinesio tape so might be worth having a look in a few books in a bookshop as a guide or seeing if you could find someone who does MLD in case they know how.
Good luck!

i tape it kinda like a fork, starting over shoulder blade (at my collar bone) then diagonal to middle of spine, then another piece on the other shoulder blade, then one down the middle of spine at the junction.

I say grab a roll of duct tape and go crazy. You never know what might help. Whatever feels good - tape it there.

...hey, I just might try that tonight, just for amusement...
