My pulse stops at about 90 degrees

no arm swelling anymore - did have some during the early times of my RSI injuries

I do get swelling/puffiness in lymph node areas after certain uses or static postures - like holding a book to read for hour or so
If I prop book on a pillow on my lap then I can read for longer stretches of time without too much problem.

Here's some pics in this post
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post73967-12.html

they all are so close together for the most part - but each of us can be built slightly different and the problem can be more of one thing for some of us and something a little different for others.

One member has double veins I think that circle the nerves, if I recall correctly.
but each of us can have minor variations of what the normal is.
