i have k-tape but its a little hard to tape myself so i bought this

insanely uncomfort. you have to layer up when you wear these so if it's warm outside youre gonna be sweating like a pig

my mom says i look really different tho in a good way

id still rec k-tape. depends on the situation

also my back feels itchy and inflamed..i wonder if its the brace or the actual muscles i really cant tell ugh
