Default Fascia Tingling

I read a post in here about deep vs surface tingling. Now I can't find it but I thought it was a contribution by Jo Mar.
I thought any tingling was bad but a comment was made about tingling with fascia stretching. Sometimes I get tingling after pt. It's usually light across the shoulder girdle and soemtimes in scalenes. Does anybody else get this and should I be worried?

Thanx -- Anne
