Default PCP for pain management?

So I told my surgeon I was in extreme pain crying couldn't sleep screaming ect. I've had 7 surgeries before this all not that bad tonsillectomy knee scope ankle surgery appendectomy umbilical hernia pectoralis minor resection. I recently had my 1st rib resection along with scalenctomy and this pain is horrible. Norco 7.5 doesn't touch it. The other surgeries I was managed with norco 10/325 and that help so much. I ask my surgeon now if we could change and he said no thats too strong. And accused ne of being a drug addict and yelled at my parents. I was given this medicine for my wisdom teeth removal and I'm pretty sure these surgeries don't match up. Idk what to do I can't heal I need help. What should I do? He referred me to pain management but I already saw them in the hospital and they put me on xannax? What's next. Please someone
