GREAT BOOK, Jo*mar ! ! ! !

I will be reading it over and over, the parts where I must make changes to my ways, especially my sugar intake.

I don't think I can give Pepsi up. I'll be realistic and shoot for 3 cans a day this week.

I do drink lots of water during the morning. I'll just continue that for as long as I can hold out for the afternoon. Big challenge.

If I can do it, it will be a win-win for me; a positive.

lose weight and have less pain. I'll work on it.

I need a hobby. I get bored so easy. I'll find something to do and give it a try...

We will find some peace for our efforts. Knowledge and understanding is empowering.
