latic acid is used primarily as a muscle marker and can and will be increased during physical exercise , it is also used to detect myo-cardial infarctions along with other enzymes... hope this helps answer what you had in mind. hope the relaxation and ice helps!!!! Mark

Default heard this

i heard that lactic acid is released during exercise, and complex carbs are supposed to help break it up.
