Yes, hand pain as well as arm/hand symptoms in the radial nerve distribution, were an early TOS symptom for my son (n/tos, now 1 year post rib resection/scalenectomy )

I have bilateral venous TOS. The ulnar nerve path is a mess for me with pain that floats from armpit to elbow to wrist. Light pressure on the forearms or pronation amplifies the burning. Turns on and off on its own. I am one year post robotic rib resection which did nothing to help.
