Default driving with TOS

After looking through some threads, it seems like quite a few TOSers have trouble driving in that it makes their symptoms worse. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how to minimize the discomfort caused while driving, or even any idea why driving can be so difficult! It's almost worse than working on a computer
