I checked out some sites & videos on it.
I wonder if it is the same as what some have called the jackhammer therapy.

And I'm not sure if I read the jackhammer comments here on the TOS forum or one of our NT other topic sections...

From the videos it looks like a specific area and specific causes could be addressed with it - but the treatment person would have to be able to tell or know what areas those are.
