Default Bone Scan

I just got my results,
degenerative changes within the AC joints bilaterally as well as within the hands and wrists. Increased uptake is seen in both elbows which may be arthritic in nature as well. There are degenerative changes within the lower cervical and upper thoracic spine. MRI was suggested, but my Dr will not order one(only if I was to have surgery) as he said he does not feel surgery will correct my medical conditions, I want the MRI to see exactly what changes there are. I am just frustrated and tired of living in pain):, on pain management waiting list, gent from physio said he waited 3 yrs to see this Dr, uuugh!
