Default Feldenkreiz in SoCal

Hi, all

I have heard adn read a lot about Feldenkreiz, and am wondering if there are any recommended people in the Long Beach area?

Any good or bad experiences?

Thank you

Hi...I'm not in So. Cal., but I worked with a therapist last summer on Feldenkrais, and she recommended a book called "Relaxercise"...not sure of the author's name. I bought the book off of Amazon. It may be of help to you.

Hope you find a good therapist there!

Take care,

Donna
