I am going to begin water exercises next week. It is hopefully going to get the muscles moving. Thank you so much for the concern and your help. What I am finding is that the surgeon has now placed the recovery phase to his nurse practitioner and other interns. This is frustrating, because he spent hours with me prior to doing the surgery. Be well!

Seems that is the way it usually goes.
I hope the follow up team is good , only do what feels right for you and don't let them force or intimidate you to do more that might cause pain a day later. If pain at the time of activity say so and they should reevaluate their program for you... good luck
