Default Shoulder pain

I don't know what I did, but my right shoulder near top and collarbone is in extreme pain. I do have brachial plexus on both sides and I must have caused it to flare up. But it could be tendonitis because it feels so bad that if someone put their arm on it I would be in tremendous pain and fear anyone touching it.

Anyone else have flare up in shoulder like that?

Sounds horrible,
I never had any sensitivity to touch or pressures at all.
Touch, pressure , massage all felt good to me.

I did have tender spots around my elbows for awhile, but still nothing like you describe.
I hope some of the of others will have information for you.

You don't think it could be fibromyalgia or RSD type symptoms do you?

Does heat or ice help at all?

Heat helps. Once an MRI shower a partial rotator cuff tear. I think that along with plexus and herniated disc in neck could all be contributing, but I think it could be tendonitis too, It hurts much worse in afternoon/ evening.

I don't know what that means, but both shoulders are frozen. I can't raise them over my head. They have been that way for years.

billy , you still can't get any treatment for the froz shoulders??

I thought most cases supposedly resolve after a year or so.

Have you looked into any vitamins or supplements?

I have tried therapy and other treatments. Injections help the most. I have many issues in that area including partial rotator cuff tear, herniated disc, the plexus and etc.
