Default itching under the skin

so my bp area on my left side of neck/trap is itching under the skin, it lasted 20 minutes or so..

i am SO worried. does that sound like my bp? or maybe its just the muscles around my bp?

I would tell PT exactly what is happening and hopefully they can help figure it out - if they have no clue then they should ask a more knowledgeable PT on site..if more than one in the place.

Logically I would think some heat, massage and some manual stretches by them and no aggravating activities by you - meaning no weights or resistance bands etc.

maybe a check for trigger points and some e stim also.

trigger points can make some very odd things happen.

im scared of heat.. right now im icing
im going to straight up tell her if she says resistance bands im going to puke.

i did a brachial plexus nerve glide REALLY Hard back in october. so im thinking theres still some issues from that. the pain im experiencing is a milder version of it.
