Default pins and needles

I've recently been feeling pins and needles a lot in my left hand, especially when I wake up. I also have noticed that my hands fall asleep when I'm trying to sleep if I am in almost any position other than flat on my back with my hands at my sides. Have any of you experienced anything similar with your TOS?
