You can only eat a whale one bite at a time...
or as my pain mangement doc described, my recovery would be like peeling the layers of an onion away... so I guess I'm a big, big ONION Great info Jo*mar. It is a lot to digest. save and reread. research and ask questions. Understanding your needs is half the battle.
