Default Dawn Grace's Surgery

Hi Everyone!

This is Tresa, Dawn's niece ... she asked me to post for her while she is in the hospital.

Her surgery went very well and she is doing great. She should be home hopefully tomorrow sometime. I don't know too many specifics, but when I do, I will post some more ....

She sends her regards and many thanks for your concern!

Default O My

Grace is in my thoughts!
Tell her I'm thinking of her strongly and with no reservations she will be much better after this surgery with Dr. Filler.
Give her XXOO for me.
I would LOVE to come visit.
Is she still in the hospital?
If so where?

Default Thanks Tresa

for keeping us all updated! This is fabulous news.... she's been in my thoughts since early yesterday morning and I've been wondering how things went. Please tell Dawn I'm still sending lots of healing thoughts to her poor little hip, and am so pleased that she will be home so soon!

Dawn,

I am so glad the surgery went well, and thanks Tressa for letting us know.

It is over with and now you have to recouperate and rest for awhile.

I hope this surgery helped some of the strange symptoms you were having after your first TOS surgery.

Hope

Default I'm Home

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick post to let you all know that I came home today.. The surgery went very well.. The graft from my hip hurts the most.. They took a piece of about the size of a quarter.. Ouch.. I have to wear a hard aspen collar.. Which is no fun as you all can imagine.. But it's only for a short time..
Well, off to bed I go.. I'm pretty washed out now.. Zzzzzzz
Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts..
((Big Hugs))
Dawn

Dawn, Glad to hear all went well and you're back at home which is w-a-a-a-y more comfortable than the hospital IMO. Altho the collar doesn't sound very comfy Is that 24/7? Just the thing to help with sleep problems LOL!

The graft - OUCH!! How long does the Dr say that will take to feel better?
Get plenty of rest and hope you will soon be feeling MUCH better than before!!
