one of the other threads mentioned scar tissue (but not in the title) and I was hoping some that had testing, or a dr say they had it for sure, would reply but I don't think anyone has yet.
This might be a better thread to get specific replies on scar tissue..

I wondered too if there is a MRI or MRA that would show it, or some other test or if it had to be seen/found for sure during surgery??

And I wonder if scar tissue is something totally separate from adhesions and /or sticky tissues..?

Maybe?? the adhesions & sticky tissues can possible become scar tissue over a long period of time? And if they are not reversed by proper therapy and treatment??

Good question...

On cortisone shots -
I'm pretty sure multiple cortisone shots in the same place can dissolve health tissue/tendons. I think 3 in the same place is the limit and has to be some time in between those shots.

i am confused

scar tissue vs sticky tissues (vs inflammation for me) and when they interact

sticky tissues i think of as putting heat on to loosen. (i cannot do this in the area that i suspect is scar tissue or inflammation..whatever it is..)

i think of scar tissue more of a postsurgery injury type phenomena. and if that develops into chronic pain then sticky tissues.
