You have a very inspiring journey that you have documented here and your youtube channel. Maybe if I was in your shoes, I might have given up a long time ago so I really admire what you have done and continue to do.

I have been suffering with chronic pain of the elbows, wrists and hands and a stiff neck as well as lower back for the last few years. Mostly what has been debilitating has been the elbows and hands. I guess if you were to label it, it would probably be symptoms similar to what you have TOS as well as carpal tunnel syndrome as well as elbow tendonitis (both golfers and tennis elbows). I have seen tons of people - acupuncture, massage therapists, physios, doctors, neurologists, got MRIs blah blah etc etc. Long story short, I have not been able to get much help.

What brought me here is doing a search for Scott Sonnon and Intu-Flow. I am trying the beginner routine and so far so good. I definitely do not have some of the same restrictions you dealt with when you first started out.

Anyway, I guess my question is that is there any sort of structure you could suggest for me when it comes to doing mobility work and becoming pain free?

Thanks,
I would say you have to be consistent and keep at it. The joint mobility exercises work well but they're not a quick fix. Slow and steady wins the race. Self-myofascial release and vacuum cupping have been a great help to me as well. Good luck!
