this is a good thing right?

I don't know... can you take a pic & upload it or do an attachment?

sometimes uploading to your profile page photo album is the easiest, then just link to it, or copy BB code below it into your post.

only your hands do it?
only after stretching? or ordinary use too?

i just woke up too tos-ish with new pics

this is an old cell pic from when i was feeling good and doing nerve glides but it doesnt show it... my parents have noticed. maybe its more of a breathing/hr/eds thing in my wrists forearms on the inside. thats it.. theyre big when i get OUT of bed and walk around. sometimes with warm baths too. i dont think they do it with weight lifting tho.

I would mention this to any physicians you are seeing for TOS. Any new or possibly related symptoms are worth noting. I have TOS with compression of all structures and the veins on the backs of my hands and up part of my forearms are distended at all times except when laying down or with my arms above the level of my heart.

my veins are doing this again

im wondering if its the weather/being more active. id rather my veins bulge some then disappear and have my arm swollen (which is what i used to experience 24/7!)

pixified, did you get a duplex ultrasound? was it useful? thanks!

also if your blood is pooling in your hands, the duplex us would be useless im assuming? vasc/arterial tos is confusing to me. im gonna get my droopy should taped and see if i notice a difference.

Yes, I've had several duplex ultrasounds showing vein compression with certain movements (arms out at side and above head). The pooling in the hands won't render the duplex useless.
