I'm a 32-year old female and have been dealing with TOS for a while. Tried conventional stuff, now trying supplements (conservatively). Have had good success with 200mg of reservatrol -- relieves 85-95% of pressure and discomfort within a few hours. Planning to go to 100mg daily -- hoping that might be preventative/curative.
Any positive or negative reservatrol experiences out there? |

Treatment also ameliorated the elevated levels of TNF-alpha, IL-6 and COX-2. Resveratrol treatment produced significant decrease in nerve MDA levels in treated animals which may also be contributing to reduction in neuro-inflammation. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20211601 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17429801 |

The people at Vitamin World suggested that using both Grape seed extract and the Resveratrol together will dramatically increase results. This suggestion was for another probleme , but they said it works that way for so many things.
I use to take MSM , but haven't gotten any since the last bottle ran out. I think I need to get some more of it. * if other meds /supplements verify safety with interaction checkers online.*
