do any of you winged scapular folks use a bra as like a brace? has it helped at all?
i have an actual posture brace but it presses on my left trap and causes my neck to freak out, it's too restrictive for me now. kinesiotape works great. i just have difficulty taping myself. im trying to find a bra that'll keep me from slouching and keeping my shoulders locked under control. it seems that all of these bras are made for larger ladies. i'm just an A CUP just throwing out ideas. http://www.footsmart.com/P-Leonisa-P...:referralID=NA theres links to some at the bottom, just not my size. |
