I'm confused, 59% of what?
Or is it a 59% impairment rating? Was this a work comp claim, personal injury, car accident claim??

My wc claim (yrs ago) was based more on the multiple RSI's & shoulder, neck "strains" that I had -none of the MD's actually said a dx of TOS.
no surgery , no c spine factors , no rx meds. My atty, that I realized later on, was more into negotiating a quick settlement to get his % - than doing the best job for his clients... ![]() A 22-25% rating was mentioned at one point, never heard much more about that. I basically got about 2 yrs worth of wages (it was how long i had been off work already at the time) and atty got his 5k off the top and some of the PT bills had to be paid out of my portion (long story/ messed up billing)
