I have an other idea for killing these devils scalenes.

Here it is :

Since passively moving muscles in a shortened position relax them by stopping them from firing, it can be cool to add this.

I have data on this, and i know some TOS are successfully treated like this (passive shortening and passive slow return)

Will work on this.

There is a much easier version of the stretch shown in this thread. As a bonus it also allows you to hit any "radial" angle. I found it on Katy Bowman's "Aligned and Well - From The Shoulders" video which you can find on Amazon in either digital form or DVD. There are some other tips in there as well.

2) Sleeping in "U" (entire arms and shoudlers supported) + neck relaxed with ergonomic pillow : work very well. [U] My blood flow improve in 30 secondes no joke !! with relaxation i feel all my scalenes relaxing between colarbone and first rib. Incredible

3) Supported arm on computer

Had V/A/N TOS from RSI.

Info : The TMJ become relaxed as the scalene become relaxed.
