I have an other idea for killing these devils scalenes.
Here it is : Since passively moving muscles in a shortened position relax them by stopping them from firing, it can be cool to add this. I have data on this, and i know some TOS are successfully treated like this (passive shortening and passive slow return) Will work on this. Last edited by boytos; 09-23-2011 at 11:26 AM. |

It is very frustrating, it seem it is only temporary

There is a much easier version of the stretch shown in this thread. As a bonus it also allows you to hit any "radial" angle. I found it on Katy Bowman's "Aligned and Well - From The Shoulders" video which you can find on Amazon in either digital form or DVD. There are some other tips in there as well.
