Default New.. Is this TOS?

Hello

I have a lot of symptoms. Many I dnt think r related. But I'm wondering if TOS is one thing affecting me.

Symptoms
Tingling prickling in both arms goes down and into lower palm and fourth and pinky fingers
Pounding in arms, upper back, neck. Feels like blood pumping too hard
Burning between shoulder blades down back of shoulder into arms and hands
Elbow pain
- this one is weird... When my arms are down ( hanging at my side). Veins in my lower arm and hand BULGE and the areas have a lot of pressure. When I lift my arms up they go completly back to normal NO bulging
-tight neck and shoulders

Thanks

It could be , the bulging veins with arms down might be venous TOS, as well as the other symptoms. TOS is usually dx'd by ruling out any other causes. Unless you have extra cervical rib or bony anomalies that show up on imaging, those should make for easier dx.
