Default Migraines, Vertigo and TOS. Are they all related?

Hi Jus wondering if Migraines, the feeling of vertigo and TOS are all related?

If so how and why?

Also can people please post what they found helps relieve these particular symtpoms. e.g acupuncture ect

Would be appriciated,

I have been told my migraines are TOS related. Observing hand use limits and regular walks help me alot.

Standard migrane meds help. You can take a daily preventive drug if your headaches are quite common ( ad ozen a month) Topomax and verapermil are the most common preventitves.

Injections into the base of the skull can help some people as can biofeedback,feldenkrais, relaxation exercise.
