Default thoracic mobilization

does anyone know of a good way to mobilize the t-spine WITHOUT irritating the brachial plexus (ie arms kept close to you, zero movement of neck or shoulders, zero pec/shoulder stretching).....thanks

Default

so im doing this, i hesitate to call it a stretch bc whenever i stretch i hurt myself but..

sit PROPERLY,

rest hands thighs which are on knees in front,
move rt arm to left thigh, grab rt wrist with left hand
raise right shoulder up to straighten arm diagonally, gently pull down arm with left hand, and slowly look down.

if you do it too aggressively i can really **** off everything, so be careful as always
