I still get a catch or a pinch in my shoulders, R is worse, used a lot of tools and torque wrenches during my working years.
I can't throw overhand at all much anymore. Maybe if I did a lot of stretching & warm up...but I haven't really focused on it. Basically for me any arm motion starting from behind and coming up over and forward gets a hitch or catch at about the 1-2 o clock positions. I can hear a little thunk during follow though. Maybe a tendon slipping over something... an ortho did x rays to check it but nothing specific showed up. probably adhesions/sticky tissues form the work...
