Jamy,

First and foremost, you need to ask your doctor for some sleeping pills. You need sleep, or your pain will just be more intense.

Keep resting until your surgery day.

Tens unit- man I have been meaning to ask for one of those and I keep forgetting!
momz peachy- you should ask for one of those, too....non medecine pain relief.

Also- focused relaxation....
