Angry cervical rib

I have been having pain in my left trapezius muscle that radiates to my left jaw, temple and eye as well as my chest. This pain has bee present for many years but becoming intolerable. I have tried chiropractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy. I had a trigger point injected with lidocaine which felt great for a little while but the pain returned. I have a extra cervical rib and feel like I should have it removed. What kind of surgeon removes a cervical rib?
