I've just ordered my Trigger Point Therapy workbook- Your self treatment guide for pain relief....... Can't wait for it to arrive!

yes i ordered it and read it, and attempted it and like everything else it didnt make much of a difference .

I know what you mean..... who am I trying to kid?
However I'm hoping that it may help reduce spasms etc also I generally suffer all over muscle and joint pain so it may help that? I can only try..... I have hope.
