(disclaimer i dont have traditional tos)

i went to the doctors office and found out my mag levels were .5 (1.5-2.5)


i highly encourage anyone with severe neck pain to get your electrolytes checked out!! my scm muscle feels so much better. i really found like i found a missing link in a puzzle
