Can i replace the daily streches i do with a deep tissue massage and scalene release on a weekly basis?
If the muscles are constantly loose then there wouldnt be a need to be streching as often . |

You just have to monitor how you are feeling - let that be your guide.

YES, my personal exp--
i wear a soft collar neck brace around the house and when im driving, i also had manual therapy on my neck. my rib is no longer elevated, according to pt. i suspect it still is some, but NOwhere as bad as it was last march. only now am i able to stretch my neck without irritating everything. also make sure your neck is stable and not flopping around too much when stretching now i do it flat on my back so i can't overdo it |
