Default Serious question here

When you take short-live benzodiazepin (stillnox, clonazepam...) at night, the next day, when you wake up, does your symptoms are worse than if you have slept normaly ?

I think yes, i have read that in non-rem sleep, scalene are overactive, and in rem not.

benzodiazepin supress rem sleep, that why i ask.

Your answer is important.
